H2O Satellite has grown quickly over the last 3 years with staff levels increasing as well as the opening of an international office. In the past, as the PA to the MD, I have dealt with any HR issues and processes. However, although we have muddled through, this has not always been ideal.

Amanda worked with WHAG over a period of 4 weeks guiding us through a redundancy procedure. With Amanda’s support what could have been a stressful and unpleasant process was made bearable for both staff and managers.

Our employee handbook and employee contracts badly needed updating. I’m not qualified to do this and didn’t have the time to properly research into it.
